Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our research products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Texas Peptides Lab as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If an order is eligible for a replacement or refund due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item, we will provide instructions after reviewing the request.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

All products sold by Texas Peptides Lab are intended for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
